IMPORTANT: All payments, including those mailed, must reach the Student Payment Services office on or before the payment due date to avoid class drops and/or fiscal holds.
Diplomas, and registration privileges shall be withheld from any student or former student who has been provided with written notice that he or she has failed to pay a proper financial obligation due to the district or a college of the district. Any item or items withheld shall be released when the student satisfactorily meets the financial obligation​ (Board Policy 5035).

Drop Policy
If payment for semester balances are not made by the applicable due date, courses may be dropped for non-payment. The only exception to this is if you are enrolled in a payment plan prior to the applicable due date. Regardless of drop dates and instructor drops, it is the responsibility of the student to make any changes to their enrollments by any applicable dates. This includes the dropping of courses no longer wanting to be enrolled.
