Club Renewal and Registration Period: 
January 13 - 30, 2026

All student organizations must complete the Club Renewal and Registration every semester in order to be recognized as an official student organization with Â鶹´«Ã½ and be granted the benefits of a registered student organization.

The Club Registration process takes place from January 13 - January 30, 2026. All new student organizations are expected to complete the following steps before January 30, 2026, to be recognized for the 2025-2026 academic year.

Please note: These registration requirements also apply to new clubs and organizations that wish to register for the 2025-26 academic year.

Club Renewal and Registration Requirements
You must have all the items listed below to complete the process.

  1. Student Organization Mission Statement: Please work with your club advisor to draft the mission statement
  2. Club By-Laws: 
    • Note: Develop the Club By-Laws using the template with the assistance of your Club Advisor. 
    • The Club By-Laws must be reviewed and approved by your Club Advisor and the Office of Student Life.

To be a recognized student organization at Â鶹´«Ã½, each student organization needs five (5) executive officers: President, Vice President, Clerk, Treasurer, and Inter-Club Council Representative.

To be a recognized student organization at Â鶹´«Ã½, each student organization needs one club advisor. The advisor must be a currently employed permanent full-time or part-time faculty, classified professional, or administrator at Â鶹´«Ã½. 

A club advisor can advise up to two (2) student organizations.
