The Â鶹´«Ã½ and Saddleback Honors Programs held their 12th Annual Â鶹´«Ã½/Saddleback Student Research Symposium on November 3. Students from both colleges convened at Â鶹´«Ã½ to share 59 oral and poster presentations of their research on topics including inequitable access to public transportation among community college students, AI-driven prediction for early detection of diabetes, and college students’ use of disposable vapes. 

The Veterans Services Center officially unveiled the "Sound Off" comic book during the Veterans Day event on November 9. Sound Off is a photo-story blog and of veteran and military-connected students sharing stories from their life experiences. Faculty Tutor Max Evans served as editor for the project, and former Â鶹´«Ã½ professor Nathan Cayanan created the comic book illustrations and served as artistic lead.
