12th Annual Âé¶¹´«Ã½/Saddleback Student Research Symposium

The Âé¶¹´«Ã½ and Saddleback Honors Programs held their 12th Annual Âé¶¹´«Ã½/Saddleback Student Research Symposium on November 3. Students from both colleges convened at Âé¶¹´«Ã½ to share 59 oral and poster presentations of their research on topics including inequitable access to public transportation among community college students, AI-driven prediction for early detection of diabetes, and college students’ use of disposable vapes. 

Veterans Services Center Unveils "Sound Off": Stories of Veterans and Military Dependents at Âé¶¹´«Ã½

The Veterans Services Center officially unveiled the "Sound Off" comic book during the Veterans Day event on November 9. Sound Off is a photo-story blog and of veteran and military-connected students sharing stories from their life experiences. Faculty Tutor Max Evans served as editor for the project, and former Âé¶¹´«Ã½ professor Nathan Cayanan created the comic book illustrations and served as artistic lead.

Purpose and Services

LeGal is a student-run undergraduate organization that specializes in women’s empowerment in the political and legal fields. Our objective is to bridge the inequality gap and diminish gender disparity for our members. We will provide opportunities to connect with law school representatives and women in the legal field.
