** Students can purchase the “Annual” or “Fall Only” plan to register for the fall semester. Students registering for the fall only plan will need to purchase the spring/summer plan in order to have access to spring registration.

• Insurance can be purchased by visiting . Click on “Begin Enrollment”; then “Online Enrollment” and the “Click Here to Enroll” button. First time users will be prompted to set up an account. You must use your @ivc.edu to purchase insurance.
• Once insurance has been purchased, the International Office will receive an email of the receipt. The hold will then be lifted within 24 hours so that students can register.
• Students will be able to their NEW Aetna electronic insurance ID card after 24 hours of purchase. Hard copies of insurance ID cards will not be mailed to students.

How to Purchase 2025-2026 Insurance

• Continuing �鶹��ý students: If you have previously purchased �鶹��ý health insurance and created an AHP account,  using your existing login and password. Do not create a new account. A new MySite ID number that begins with an “A” will be reflected in your profile – this is ok.  If you previously set up your account using any other email, it has been changed to your �鶹��ý email.
• New �鶹��ý students: Visit and “begin enrollment” to purchase �鶹��ý health insurance. You will create a new account.  IMPORTANT: only use your �鶹��ý email.

New Policy: Cigna Global Insurance Company

Effective 8/1/2025: �鶹��ý medical insurance will change to Cigna Global Insurance Company. The change was made to save on enrollment costs for students. Additionally, Cigna Global Insurance Company is a large medical insurance company that has a wide range of in-network (PPO) providers and services. Use only Cigna Open Access PPO Network providers to save you money!
