Since 2020, the Â鶹´«Ã½ Life Sciences faculty have collaborated with the Â鶹´«Ã½ Transfer Center to host the annual Health Professions Conference. Held virtually, any and all California community college students are invited to learn about program and career options in a variety of health professions, including nursing, PA, PT, OT, medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, and more. Sessions have highlighted local professional schools and admission requirements, addressed recommended steps to a health profession, preparation for medical school, and interviewing tips. Panels have included health professionals sharing their real-life experiences. This event is a great way to explore your career options in healthcare.
