Â鶹´«Ã½ is accredited by the of the , an institutional accrediting body recognized by the Commission on Recognition of Postsecondary Accreditation and the U.S. Department of Education. Each college affiliated with ACCJC must undergo periodic evaluation of their programs and services through self-study and peer review in a seven-year cycle.
The Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC) met June 5-6 to review Â鶹´«Ã½â€™s Institutional Self-Evaluation Report (ISER) and the Peer Review Team Report prepared by the peer review team that conducted its site visit to Â鶹´«Ã½ February 27-28.
The Commission acted to reaffirm Â鶹´«Ã½â€™s accreditation for seven years with a commendation for the College’s culture of transfer excellence.
Commendations signify institutional practices for which the Commission believes exceed Standards. This remarkable achievement is a testament to the dedication, hard work, and excellence of the college community.
