Attend Fast Friday to complete Step 2 in the "Steps to Become an Â鶹´«Ã½ Student." Participants will complete Orientation and Advisement, develop a First Semester Plan with Â鶹´«Ã½ Counselors and have the opportunity to interact with current Â鶹´«Ã½ students, faculty, and staff throughout the day. FREE Lunch is on us - we’ve got you covered!

Fast Friday is one way to complete Advisement and Orientation. If you're unable to attend a Fast Friday, Advisement and Orientation are offered bi-weekly on the Â鶹´«Ã½ campus.Please visit the Admissions and Records Workshops and Events page to view our workshop calendar. These steps can also be completed online through your MySite Banner student portal.
Students who sign up for Fast Friday are required to participate in the event day. If you're unable to attend the entire session on any of the Fast Friday dates, please visit the Steps to Become an Â鶹´«Ã½ Student to view alternative ways to complete placement and advisement.
NOTE: To qualify for FRESHMAN ADVANTAGE early registration time, you must complete all the Steps to Become an Â鶹´«Ã½ Student by May 5, 2026.
Fast Friday* is from 8:30 am – 12:30 pm and are offered on the following dates:
*You must register with your Â鶹´«Ã½ email address and password. All registered students are required to stay the entire time to receive credit.
